Critical thinking is the disciplined process of actively analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing information to form clear, reasoned judgments. It involves questioning assumptions, recognizing biases, and considering evidence to make well-informed decisions.

Integrity and honesty are essential to effective leadership and professionalism

Students should be self-aware, plan for success in a chosen career, and have a dedicated plan to achieve them.  Students should also assess, at each step in their career, as to where they are how prepared they are for the next step in their career.

Professionalism is a crucial skill for both students and advisors. It enables the development of effective communication, foster a strong work ethic, and a positive relation with peers and employers, which are essential for success in career development.

I learned that incorporating technology in my classroom will increase learning and retention, and will improve their recall and synthesizing efficiency.  I will teach them that the proper use of IT is a valuable tool they will be very helpful tools in their professional career development. 

Teamwork is of significant value in both personal gain and workplace success. 

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving facilitate student engagement with peers, develop their needed skills to prepare for a specific task, envision and analyze their success and learn from their mistakes.

Integrating Information Technology into teaching enhances students’ confidence by introducing them to a dynamic digital learning environment. Whether in synchronous or asynchronous models, the use of technology plays a crucial role in supporting and enriching the learning experience.

To me, team spirit means “working together to grow together.” When every team member understands that growth will be shared equally, they’re more willing to carry their fair share of the load. This mindset not only fosters collaboration but also drives the team toward success.
